Coastal Cottage is a local, family owned builder specializing in coastal dream homes but definitely not limited to just to the beach. Our goal is to create a space that allows you to find a place to relax, a place to make memories, a place to call home. We would love to meet with you and have an opportunity to build your special place whether you have your own lot or need a lot, we can help you find the perfect home for you.
Dennie Teer
Dennie is native to the South League City area. He began his career in construction over 30 years ago working for Phil Messara, the owner/proprietor of Master Craftsmen with involvement in all aspects of the remodeling and renovation. During the 1990’s, Dennie was a superintendent of new home construction for Colony Signature Homes building homes in Seabrook, Friendswood, Tanglewood and Briar Forest into the 2000’s. Dennie started his own home remodeling company and has enjoyed the hard work and benefits of building a company on integrity. Detail Construction continues today to service our customers with loyalty and a value system that delivers the best product available. He and his wife, Connie Teer are looking forward to the expansion into the beach home sector.
Connie Teer
Connie started her career in Property Management in 1986 specializing in Multifamily development throughout League City, Dallas/Ft Worth, Las Colinas, Irving and Georgia. She has a degree in Business Administration with a certification for Secondary Education. Her love for the beach and water adds to the excitement of building beautiful beach homes made especially for you.
