Connie Teer has managed residential and commercial properties since 1986, developing an instinct for what makes a home not just structurally sound, but genuinely livable. Together, Connie and Dennie also operate Detail Construction Houston, their established general contracting firm. That dual expertise — the precision of commercial construction paired with the warmth of residential design — is the DNA of every Coastal Cottage home.
