Jamaica Beach, Galveston, TX — 2026

Four Suites, Two Living Areas, One Private Dock

Galleon sits directly on a Jamaica Beach canal, elevated on pilings with a private dock and a wraparound composite deck that follows the water side of the house. At 2,000 square feet the plan is compact by design — every square foot works, and nothing is given over to hallways that go nowhere.

Four bedrooms each get their own full bath, with a half bath serving the main living level. Two distinct living areas mean the house handles a full crowd without anyone tripping over each other: the open great room opens to the kitchen and deck, while a second living space downstairs opens through French doors toward the water. Ground-level parking under the structure keeps vehicles out of the weather and the living space up where the views are.
